I heart Charleston's Rice Mill Building (like big hearts!) It sits right on the Charleston Harbor and offers Brides and Grooms the perfect waterfront wedding venue in the heart of the Holy City. It's a little slice of Lowcountry heaven! So, when we have the opportunity to share a Rice Mill Building wedding, we take it and we're pretty sure when you see Mary + Andrew's June wedding you'll be glad we did. We fell in love at first glance when we saw the beautiful Mary, her stunning Jenny Packham gown and boho-inspired up-do from Willow Salon. The couple's invitation suite highlighted their nautical surroundings with a custom Charleston map and hand-painted picture of the newlyweds. Thanks to a late Summer storm, the ceremony was moved inside where the couple said 'I do' in front of a gorgeous backdrop of flowers that hung from a single piece of driftwood. After the ceremony, a Second Line Band led the Mary, Andrew and all of their guests for a celebratory parade around the building and out towards the water. As they made their way inside, the team at Posh Petals & Pearls designed a romantic evening where low arrangements of pale pink and white roses mixed with succulents graced the tabletops. Guest dined on Lowcountry cuisine from Good Food Catering and enjoyed the sounds of EPIC Charleston before waving goodbye to the newlyweds as they rode off in a pedicab. A BIG thanks goes out to Billie Jo and Jeremy Photography for capturing Mary + Andrew's Rice Mill Building wedding in Charleston, SC!
