It was Oliver's grandmother who played the role of matchmaker in Alison & Oliver's love story. After much encouragement, she finally persuaded Oliver to meet her neighbor's daughter, Alison, and eleven years later (after college, law school and years of long-distance dating) the two tied the knot at Magnolia Plantation & Gardens. The couple picked an early Spring day to celebrate their love and enlisted Cruz Coordination to handle all the details. Alison wore a long, flowing dress and carried a bouquet of wildflowers as she walked down the aisle towards Oliver. Under the oak trees, they exchanged their vows beneath an arbor of colorful blooms designed by Wildflowers Inc. as their closest friends and family members looked on. The reception took place inside the Carriage House where soft draping set the mood. White linens and bud vases of bold flowers topped the tables where guests found their seats. Thanks to Richard Bell Photography for capturing their Charleston wedding.
