There's nothing better than wrapping up the work week with a dreamy Lowcountry wedding, and Haley & Eric's Carriage House wedding at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens sure does hit the spot. The couple tied the knot on October 21, 2016 (just a few weeks post-Hurricane Matthew) and were blessed with a lovely Fall day. Magnolia Plantation sits along the sleepy Ashley River and offers live oak and warm coastal breeze, just what the couple had in mind for their wedding day. Haley set the stage for the romantic evening in a beautiful Essense of Australia design from Gown Boutique of Charleston that she paired with a soft up-do from Lashes and Lace Bridal Hair & Makeup and a dainty veil. The bridal party was dressed to perfection - the bridesmaids in long purple Alfred Angelo dresses and the guys in grey suits with adorable suspenders and bow ties - in the couple's charming color palette of lavender and grey. Tiger Lily created garden-style bouquets for Haley and her maids. Each bouquet mixed white blooms and greenery with with bold marsala-colored flowers - the perfect accent for a Fall wedding. After a relaxing ceremony by the river, they moved the party to the Carriage House for a rustic evening designed by Winship Productions. Thanks to Alex Thorton Photography for capturing their Charleston wedding.
