Leslie and her bridesmiads spent the morning of May 29th at The Wickliffe House prepping for the festivities to come. Leslie wore a strapless, lace gown with embellished belt from Bruce's Bridal that she paired with soft curls from Ash and Co. Bridal Hair & Makeup. Her seven bridesmaids set the tone for the Spring event in long, flowing lavender dresses that they accessorized with white bouquets from Frampton's Flowers. Leslie met Josh across the street at St. Luke's Chapel at The Medical University of South Carolina where the couple exchanged vows. After they shared their first kiss, they spent time posing for portraits in the courtyard before joining their guests back at the Wickliffe House. The historic mansion, which was built in the 1850's, offered an elegant backdrop for the evening reception. Long tables, surrounded by mahogany chivari chairs, were covered with crisp white linens and topped with low centerpieces and white taper candles. After a tasty dinner, guests made their way to the dessert table where cupcakes, tarts and an adorable two-tiered cake from Wildflour Pastry was on full display. As the evening came to a close, the couple rode off in a horse drawn carriage as they waved goodbye to their guests! Thanks to Riverland Studios for capturing all details.
