Oh, hey new blog! As you may have noticed, we're working with a new layout these days and we pretty much love it. While it might take some time to work out the kinks, we wanted to go ahead and share a few new sections. First and foremost, you can place your pre-order for the premier issue of A Lowcountry Wedding Magazine in our new shop. Yay! Since the first issue will be available in the Lowcountry, we wanted to make sure that those of you planning a destination wedding will still have the option to grab yourself a copy and it helps us so we know how many to print! We've also got an amazing new vendor section that we will continue adding to in the next few weeks, so bare with us as we get it up and going. Also, we've got an events section to keep you in the loop on trunk shows and happenings throughout the Lowcountry. Let us know what you think! To kick off the new layout, we are thrilled to share a gorgeous Hibernian Hall wedding planned by the ladies of The Burlap Elephant. Lauren & Jake were married in a traditional Catholic ceremony at Saint John the Baptist, in the heart of Downtown Charleston, before hopping a carriage for bridal party pictures in the park. For their evening reception at Hibernian Hall, the couple chose a gorgeous purple color palette for their Fall affair. Thanks to Hannah Woodard Photography for the amazing images!
