Planning and designing a wedding is HARD work (just ask the countless Lowcountry vendors who do it every weekend), which is why we are always impressed when a bride willingly takes on the chore all by herself. Sweet Natalie worked hard to create the Lowcountry wedding of her dreams when she wed Jake at Colleton Point at Rose Hill Plantation. One of our favorite details - the programs! She printed the programs on brown paper bags which doubled as a popcorn favor for guests to enjoy during their outdoor ceremony. The couple married under a beautiful canopy of trees with soft draping at Rose Hill Plantation just outside of Hilton Head in Bluffton, South Carolina. The lighting was on point for the late March nuptials which continued as they posed for portrait shots with Cana Dunlap Photography. Don't you just love the golden light? For the reception, guests gathered by the water for a tasty Southern-inspired menu from Jim-N-Nick's of pulled pork, macaroni and cheese and their signature cheddar biscuits. They enjoyed another one of Natalie's DIY projects - a self-serve beverage station with various wines, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. Enjoy!
